All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Jisr Languages products are digital goods (downloadable PDFs and online learning content). Because these items are delivered instantly and can be copied, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
Before you buy, we encourage you to review the free sample available for each pack. The samples show real content from the products so you know exactly what you are getting.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the product is a non-refundable digital item and that you have had the opportunity to review a free sample beforehand.
Problems with your download? If your file did not deliver, the link is broken, or the file appears corrupted, we will gladly make it right — we'll re-send your product or fix the delivery issue. Please email us and include your order details:
