Refund policy for Jisr Languages digital products and downloads.
Digital Product Policy
Jisr Languages may sell digital learning products such as PDFs, printable Story Papers™, beginner workbooks, vocabulary packs, practice materials, audio-ready resources, or bundles. Because these products are digital and may be delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited.
When Refunds May Be Reviewed
We may review refund requests when:
- The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake.
- The download file is corrupted or inaccessible.
- The customer was charged incorrectly.
- There is a clear duplicate purchase.
- A technical delivery issue prevents access to the purchased file.
When Refunds May Not Be Available
Refunds may not be available after a digital product has been successfully delivered or downloaded, especially when the product description, sample pages, and purchase terms were available before checkout.

Third-Party Checkout Providers
Refund processing may also depend on the rules and technical capabilities of the checkout provider used for the purchase, such as Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, PayPal, or another payment/delivery platform.
